Private Coaching for Individuals
You can be remarkably capable and still feel completely stuck in your relationships.
You know how to solve problems. You take responsibility. Other people rely on you. From the outside, you may look like someone who has most things figured out.
And yet there are places in your personal life where all that competence doesn't seem to help.
Maybe you're exhausted from carrying everyone.
Maybe you keep trying to solve a relationship problem that refuses to be solved.
Maybe you're successful professionally and quietly wondering why your marriage feels like the one part of your life you can't seem to get right.
Maybe you know exactly what you should do—until someone you love is hurt, angry, disappointed or pulling away.
Or perhaps you've reached a point where you're asking a much bigger question:
Why does this keep happening—and what part of it is actually mine?
Private Relationship Realignment is where we find out.
For many women, it feels like carrying everyone.
You're the one who notices.
Remembers.
Anticipates.
Organises.
Checks.
Initiates.
Makes sure everyone is okay.
You want other people to take more initiative, but somehow you keep finding yourself stepping in.
You say yes because disappointing someone feels worse in the moment than disappointing yourself.
You can run a team, make difficult decisions and handle enormous responsibility—and still find yourself lying awake wondering whether somebody is upset with you.
And underneath the exhaustion is often something even harder to admit:
Resentment.
Why do I have to think of everything?
Why can't anybody else just notice?
When does somebody take care of me?
Sometimes swallowing the anger feels safer than disrupting the peace or rocking the boat, or maybe you don't know how to rock the boat to get them on board better - either way - it's not working and costing you too much.
And for many men, it looks completely different.
You may be the person people come to when something needs fixing.
At work, that's an asset.
There's a problem. You analyse it, make the decision and move.
Relationships don't always cooperate with that strategy.
You can be highly successful and still find yourself sitting across from someone you love thinking:
I genuinely don't know what she wants from me anymore.
You may feel like you're trying—and somehow what you're doing isn't landing. Like it's never enough. Like she's changed.
You may keep having a version of the same argument without understanding how you got there again.
You may be able to lead a company, negotiate difficult situations and make high-stakes decisions, but one conversation at home can leave you defensive, withdrawn, furious or completely at a loss.
And perhaps you're tired of being told simply to “communicate better.”
You don't need another script.
You need to understand what is actually happening underneath the conversations you both are having.
The problem isn't that you don't know enough.

You may already know you're a people-pleaser.
You may know you overfunction.
You may know you become defensive, withdraw, rescue, control, over-explain or take responsibility for everybody around you.
You may have read the books.
Listened to the podcasts.
Done therapy.
You may even be able to explain exactly where the pattern came from.
And then real life happens.
Your partner uses that tone.
Someone is disappointed with you.
Your child is struggling.
Something isn't getting done.
You feel misunderstood.
Someone pulls away.
And suddenly the thing you understand perfectly at 10am is remarkably difficult to access at 9pm.
That's the gap I'm interested in.
Not simply:
Do you understand your pattern?
But:
What happens inside you when the pattern gets activated—and can we create enough capacity for you to have another choice?
Because insight matters.
But insight that disappears the moment you're triggered can't change much.
Private Relationship Realignment is where we take what you understand intellectually and work with what actually happens when real life presses the button.
